No. The price on the template page is the price you pay. The only extra cost is if you choose to use our customization or development services.
Yes. Support is available through live chat, and if you want help setting up a template and launching faster, our template setup service starts at $499.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your confidential payment data on our database.
In specific cases. If no items have been downloaded, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We may also refund if a template has a serious issue that we fail to resolve and that is not a known platform limitation. We cannot refund because you no longer want the product after downloading items, because you lack the expertise to use it, or without enough information to support the claim.
