TNCFlow Delivery Policy

TNCFlow sells digital products only: website templates for Webflow, Framer, Figma, Astro, HTML and WordPress. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping fees, no customs charges and no delivery restrictions by country. Delivery is free worldwide.

Delivery time

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your purchase is available in three places:

  • On the order confirmation page shown right after checkout.
  • In the order confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout.
  • In your TNCFlow account, under your purchase history.

In rare cases a payment is held for manual review by our payment provider. When that happens, delivery can take up to 24 hours. We will email you if your order needs any extra step.

How each format is delivered

Format What you receive What to do next
Webflow A clone link Open the link while signed in to Webflow to copy the template into your Webflow workspace.
Framer A remix link Open the link while signed in to Framer to copy the project into your Framer workspace.
Figma A duplicate link Open the link while signed in to Figma to duplicate the file into your drafts.
Astro A ZIP file Download, unzip and follow the included README to run and deploy the project.
HTML A ZIP file Download and unzip. The files are ready to edit and upload to any web host.
WordPress A ZIP file Download, then install it from your WordPress dashboard. Setup steps are included.

Some templates come in more than one format or edition (for example Webflow CMS, Ecommerce or Static). You receive only the format and edition you purchased.

Cost

The price shown on the template page is the full price. There are no shipping or delivery charges. Any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Access to your purchase

You can access and download your purchases again at any time from your TNCFlow account. Please keep a copy of downloaded files for your records. Each purchase is licensed for use as described on our License page.

Updates

When we release an update to a template you purchased, the latest version is available from your account at no extra cost.

Didn't receive your order?

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder for the order confirmation email.
  2. Sign in to your TNCFlow account and check your purchase history.
  3. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.

We reply within 1 to 2 business days and will make sure you get access to your purchase.
