TNCFlow License Policy
Overview
Effective from September 28, 2026
Each paid TNCFlow template purchase licenses one website. This policy explains where and how often you can use templates purchased or downloaded from tncflow.com (the "Site"), including Webflow, Framer, Figma, Astro and HTML templates, and templates included in combo plans.
TNCFlow is a sister concern of ThemeNcode LLC. TNCFlow and its creators retain ownership of all templates and grant you a license to use them on the terms below.
Templates purchased through a third-party marketplace (for example, the Webflow Marketplace or Framer Marketplace) are governed by that marketplace's license terms, not this policy.
Single Website License
This license applies to every paid template purchased individually on tncflow.com.
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as described under Transfers) license to use the template on an ongoing basis.
- You may use the template to create one End Product, for yourself or for one client.
- The "End Product" is one website: a single site project (for example, one Webflow or Framer site) served on one primary domain, including its subdomains, subdirectories and additional domains that redirect to it.
In other words: one purchase = one website for one person, business or project. To use the template on another website, for another client, or for another project, purchase another license.
Figma templates: a Figma template licenses the design of one End Product (one website or one app). You may not reuse the design for other websites, apps or clients without purchasing another license.
What you can do
- Create one End Product for yourself, or for one client and transfer it to that client for any fee.
- Create as many pages as you need within that one website, including landing pages and personalized copies of your own pages.
- Customize the template to any degree: text, images, layout, design, interactions and code. Modified work remains subject to this license.
- Export or download the template (where the platform allows) and host it on another server. This license applies wherever the End Product is hosted.
- Use the End Product for personal or commercial purposes.
What you can't do
- Use one license for more than one website, domain, site project, client or End Product.
- Duplicate the template, or a site built from it, to create another website. Each additional website requires its own license.
- Sell or deliver the End Product to more than one client. Your client may not resell it either.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the template (original or modified) or any part of it, including in any template store or marketplace.
- Extract sections, components, animations, illustrations or other elements from the template and use them outside the licensed End Product. Your client may not do this either.
- Use the template in any product made for redistribution or resale, such as themes, UI kits, starter kits, site builders or website generators.
- Use the template in mass production, automated site generation, or as part of a SaaS or similar service where end users create their own sites.
- Claim the design as your own original work when offering it to others.
Combo Plans and All-Access Pass
Combo plans (All Webflow, All Framer, All Figma, and the All-Access Pass) give you access to download the templates included in your plan while your plan is active.
- Each combo plan has its own website limit. The limit for your plan is shown on the plan's pricing page and in your purchase receipt, and the limit in effect when you purchased applies to you.
- Every website you build with a template from your plan counts toward that limit, and each one follows the terms of the Single Website License.
- To build more websites than your plan allows, upgrade your plan or purchase individual licenses.
- Websites you launched while your plan was active may stay live after the plan ends. Starting new websites with plan templates requires an active plan.
- All restrictions of the Single Website License apply to every template in the plan.
Free Template License
Free templates on tncflow.com may be used on any number of websites, for yourself or for clients, in personal and commercial projects.
What you can do
- Download, modify and use the template for any number of projects and clients.
- Sell a unique website built from a free template to a client.
- Host the resulting website on any server.
What you can't do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the free template (original or modified) or any part of it, including in any template store or marketplace.
- Sell a website design based on a free template as a template or theme on any marketplace.
Terms of Use
Transfers
- When you build an End Product for a client and hand it over, your license for that End Product transfers to the client. You may not use that license again.
- The client receives only the rights to that one End Product, not the template itself.
Duplication
- You may not duplicate a paid template, or a site built from it, to create another website. Each website requires its own license.
- Duplicating pages within your one licensed website is allowed.
Updates
- Templates are a one-time purchase and are provided as delivered at the time of purchase.
- New templates require a new purchase or an appropriate combo plan.
Support
- We provide limited support for issues with the template itself, as delivered on its original platform.
- Support does not cover adding new features, customization, design changes, third-party integrations, or exported code hosted elsewhere.
- New features and customization are available as paid services. Contact us at cs@tncflow.com for a quote.
Intellectual Property
- All templates and related content remain the copyright and intellectual property of TNCFlow. Your license grants permission to use a template within the scope above, not ownership.
- Some templates include placeholder images, logos or brand names for demonstration only. You are responsible for replacing them or obtaining any rights needed for your use.
Termination
- The license stays valid as long as you comply with this policy.
- If you breach this policy, your license may be terminated without notice, and you must stop using and delete all copies of the template from all projects. TNCFlow may also take legal action.
No Warranty
- Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TNCFlow is not liable for any damages arising from their use.
Changes to This Policy
- TNCFlow may update this policy. Purchases are governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase.
