License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use, rights, and restrictions for all digital website templates (“Templates”) purchased or accessed via tncflow.com (“Site”).

1. Grant of License

  • When you purchase a template or bundle from TNCFlow, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own personal or commercial projects.
  • The license covers individual templates and combo plan packages (all Webflow, all Figma, all Framer, or All Access).

2. Permitted Uses

  • You may use, modify, and incorporate templates into unlimited websites for your business or for your clients.
  • Templates may be used for both personal and commercial projects.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share templates (original or modified) as standalone items or in any marketplace, including other template stores.
  • You may not claim ownership or authorship of the designs as your own when reselling to others.
  • Mass production, automated redistribution, or offering templates as part of SaaS or similar web services is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All templates and related content remain the copyright and intellectual property of TNCFlow.
  • Your license does not grant ownership—it grants permission to use the templates within the allowed scope.

5. Term & Terminations

  • The license is valid as long as you comply with these terms.
  • If you breach these terms, your license may be terminated without notice, and you must stop using and delete all copies of templates from all projects.

6. No Warranties

  • Templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  • TNCFlow disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Updates

  • Buyer may receive free updates to purchased templates when released.
  • Access to new templates requires a new purchase or upgrading to an appropriate combo plan.
