What are the accepted payment methods? is it secure?

We use stripe to process payments, we do not store any of your confidential payment data on our database which ensures the security and safety of your financial data and payments.

Do you offer refunds?

We do but in very specific cases due to the nature of the products. We may offer refunds for the following cases:

  • If no items are downloaded, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase
  • If there are any serious issues with templates & we fail to resolve that & its not a known issue due to platform dependencies.

We won’t be able to process refunds for reasons like:

  • If you simply don’t want it after purchasing and downloading a few items
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund

Will you add more templates?

Yes, We are constantly releasing new items which will be continued. and your plan will give access to all those fresh templates.
